As an experienced personal trainer, I believe that no matter what your physical condition is now, it can be improved, meaning looking and feeling better, handling stress more easily and having more energy.

After a successful career in finance, I went a different route. What I do now sustains me in a far better way. It's seeing people raise their self-expectations and goals, getting healthier.

Sports have always been an important part of my life, for the social aspect and as a release of stress in a fast-paced career requiring much travel, too little rest. Gymnastics in school was followed by roadracing/marathoning in New York City and Hong Kong as a stockbroker. When I moved to Singapore for my investment banking business, a friend introduced me to bodybuilding. That was 15 years and many IFBB competitions ago.


Resistance training had been the missing component in my athletic pursuits. Preparation for competition gave me the know-how to sculpt my physique, prevent sports injuries and raise my athletic performance several notches. I furthered my sports education with the American Council on Exercise Personal Training Certification and a sports nutrition program from the University of Colorado.
