Fitness = proper nutrition + regular exercise. One part of the equation without the other doesn't work. The results will be temporary because they were not healthfully achieved. Sixty percent of your success is due to nutrition.

Your nutritional needs change once you are exercising. The right plan expedites the changes you seek. Whether you want to lose or gain weight or just improve your condition, a correct diet plan is imperative. Fats, carbohydrates and proteins should be consumed every day. A diet that excludes or significantly reduces any of the three is unhealthy and will bring temporary results, quickly reversible.

I consider the number of calories in/calories out and personalize your plan according to your objective. Together, we devise a strategy that fits your lifestyle. All foods are not equal; some serve as a superior fuel. We make selections based on your preferences. Portion size, proportions among the major food groups, the number and timing of meals—all make a difference.
